Chinese conception on the creation of the world

The main cosmic powers in ancient China were not the elements but the male and female categories that were the main active powers in the world. And a famous Chinese sign of Yin and Yang is the most spread sign in China,
One of the most spread myths about creation of the world was written in 2d century BC. According to it there was the complete dark chaos in Ancient times in which two main bases were formed that were: Yin meaning darkness and Yang meaning light. They were the bases for eight main directions of the space. After such establishment the spirit of Yang started to rule the sky and the spirit of Yin started to rule the land.
In general the conception of Chinese views on the world was based on the shortness of life that takes place during the short moment. There are a lot of ancient Chinese books and some of them give myths about appearance of the world. Some of them contradict a little bit each other, but some of them are very similar being the versions of the same myth.
For example, some ritual books give the next myth about creation of the sky and the earth: the sky and the earth existed in mixture in chaos similar to the mixture of the hen egg. And the first god was living inside this egg who later created everything and divided sky from earth. It is interesting to know that in Slavic views on the creation of the world, the conception of the egg is also present.
